We charge a flat planning fee. Supplier commissions never inflate what you pay. That keeps our interests aligned with yours.
Tell us what you need
One call, twenty minutes. We learn your preferences, constraints, and what you want from the trip. No intake forms.
We build it out
Full itinerary, confirmed reservations, ground transfers, preferred seats. Everything is locked before we send it to you.
You approve, then go
Nothing is booked until you say yes. Once you travel, we stay on call. Changes, delays, and problems are ours to handle.
What you pay
Planning fee
$500 – $5,000
per trip, quoted before we start
The fee reflects trip complexity, not booking value. A simple long-haul flight and hotel runs toward the low end. A multi-destination itinerary with timed experiences, group logistics, and on-ground support runs toward the high end.
We quote the fee before any work begins. If the scope changes materially, we tell you before proceeding.
Commission model
No markup to you
supplier commissions stay between us and them
Hotels, airlines, and ground operators pay advisors a commission. We receive those commissions, but we do not pass that cost to you through inflated rates or marked-up packages.
You pay the same rate as booking direct, or better through our preferred-partner programs. We are paid by two sides, but our obligation runs one way: to you.

Not included
- Visa processing or travel document preparation
- Travel insurance (we refer, we don't sell it)
- Bookings you prefer to make directly yourself
- 24-hour medical or security evacuation services
